Customer Service Assistant – Animed Direct
Animed Direct are an online pet dispensary selling animal medicines, pet foods and accessories. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our rapidly expanding ecommerce venture. Our ideal new team member would be enthusiastic, self-motivated, able to use their initiative and work unsupervised.
The role will include liaising with customers to provide information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- dealing directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
- respond promptly to customer inquiries
- andle and resolve customer complaints
- record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
- process and allocate prescriptions to orders
- routine office administration
Education and Experience
- minimum ‘A’ level standard education
- previous customer service experience an advantage
- confident in computer skills

Warehouse Operative – Animed Direct
We are a rapidly expanding online retailer based in Diss, Norfolk. We are looking for an enthusiastic, strong & fit individual who will be responsible for our warehouse operations.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Receiving deliveries
- ensuring that deliveries are correct and complete as per the delivery note and purchase order
- icking and packing: Picking, labelling, packing and dispatching of orders
- Stock control- counting, labelling
- General housekeeping of the warehouse, cleaning, and sweeping
Duties will involve regular, repetitive light, medium and heavy lifting
Essential Requirements
- Accuracy at a consistent level, with an eye for detail
- To use your initiative and be adaptable and flexible in your approach
- Competent computer skills, training given on our bespoke system
Desirable Requirements
- A Fork Lift License
- Experience in a warehouse environment
Hours
Full Time, need to be flexible with the possibility of weekend hours.

Ecommerce Assistant – Animed Direct

Daily duties will include:
- Assist with receiving and check in of daily pharmacy delivery
- Picking and packing of pharmacy orders
- Restocking pharmacy
- Light cleaning of dispensary and packing areas
- General pharmacy admin – prescription filing
The ideal candidate will be educated to ‘A’ level standard
Hours will be part time initially, leading to fulltime. Monday – Wednesday 8.30 – 4.30

Administrative Assistant – Finn Pathologists
Finn Pathologists is dedicated to providing a quality diagnostic service to the veterinary profession. Based in Weybread, near Diss and Harleston, the company is offering the following opportunity:
The position will involve working as part of our busy Admin team, primarily involved in data entry in to our company database and dealing with client enquiries.
Typing experience and good telephone manner are essential and experience of working in a busy office environment will be of benefit.
The position is for the hours of 8 AM – 5 PM Tuesday to Friday and 9 AM – Midday every Saturday.
