The Ark group is fully equipped with modern facilities including ultrasound, x-ray, laboratory facilities, dental machinery, cardiology equipment and up-to-date anaesthetic systems. All veterinary care for your pets can be carried out at the practice including well-pet clinics. Complex cases can still be referred to Castle Donington, where there is an MRI scanner, or other centres of excellence when necessary.
Because the practice has now changed to mainly first opinion work we have been able to reduce many of the fees. To existing clients we are offering a voucher which can be used against the next consultation, vaccination, dental procedure or operation as a gesture of our appreciation for your loyalty.

Emergency Service Please telephone 01159 723650 for our 24 hour emergency cover service. Clients are referred to the "Vets Now" emergency clinics at Nottingham and Derby where the team of vets and nurses are specially trained in the critical care of urgent problems. Full hospitalisation facilities are available where your pets can receive the treatment and care they need in these circumstances. They will be referred back to our care when they are well enough to be released from hospital.
