Customer Loyalty Scheme Manager
Based at CVS (UK) Ltd Nottingham, Salary £25k-£30k + Car & Benefits

Due to the phenomenal success of our client loyalty scheme –“Healthy Pet Club” an exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to lead on the development of this loyalty scheme.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the operations, support office and marketing teams in the development of customer facing member materials
- Helping rene, implement and manage all CRM managed marketing communications via email, text messaging and direct mail
- Working with the practice division to ensure all loyalty schemes are executed eectively at practice level
- Developing the loyalty schemes to continually add value to clients
Desirable Experience:
- Extensive understanding of customer loyalty programme management, marketing, preferably for retail brands and/or experience in the veterinary sector
- Proven work history of delivering CRM-based loyalty programmes to enhance customer experience and drive competitive advantage
- Leading projects from inception to completion to maximise return on business investment
- Highly developed commercial acumen and proven marketing, management, communication and influencing skills

As a Regional Director you will be responsible for the development of clinical staff and compliance with the national veterinary standards within the UK. You will assume personal responsibility for planning, development and growth of future acquisitions in your region and to maintain, develop and expand the company’s existing portfolio of practices aligned to you. Developing business plans and initiatives that will maximise the business potential of your region is crucial.
Successful candidates will be self motivated, enthusiastic, determined, organised, demand a high level of commercial acumen, complimented with a strong ‘can-do’ attitude. You will be able to demonstrate an innovative approach to developing sound profitable business proposals and as a passionate operator be comfortable leading by example.
