Ben Jacklin appointed to the role of Director of Practice Operations

CVS is pleased to announce that Ben Jacklin, MA VetMB MVetMed DipECVS MRCVS has been appointed to the role of Director of Practice Operations.

Ben, has more recently held the role of Small Animal Division Operations Director and previously that of Equine Director. As an RCVS and European Specialist in Equine Surgery he joined CVS originally as Clinical Director at Oaklands Equine Hospital in North Yorkshire, has continued to perform clinical work at the hospital throughout, and will continue to do so in his new role.

The Director of Practice Operations role is responsible for all areas of the veterinary practice division within CVS, including clinical standards, people leadership, and commercial performance.

Ben has overseen a real focus on clinical care over the last few years, as well as a key focus on our people in practice, and I know that he will continue to do the same in his new role.”

Charlotte Pugh MBA has been appointed to the role of Small Animal Director, previously held by Ben, having been a commercial and hub operations director in the small animal division since 2017.
