On 24 October 2025, CVS Group plc ("the Company") announced its intention for its ordinary shares (“Ordinary Shares”) to be admitted to the Equity Shares (Commercial Companies) Category of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission").

On 11 December 2025, the Company announced that, further to its announcement on 24 October 2025, the Company expects that: (i) Admission will take place at 8:00 a.m. on 29 January 2026; and (ii) the ordinary shares will be cancelled from trading on AIM at 8:00 a.m. on 29 January 2026; and therefore the last day of trading in the Ordinary Shares on AIM is expected to be 28 January 2026.

On 23 January 2026, the Company announced that the prospectus in relation to Admission (the “Prospectus”) had been published and the timeline that the Company announced on 11 December 2025 remains unchanged.
