Charlotte Pugh

Charlotte is the Small Animal Operations Director responsible for small animal practices in England, Wales and Scotland.

She has held various roles within CVS including Regional Director and  Operations Director for the Small Animal West Hub giving Charlotte the essential on the ground understanding of our Small Animal practices.

Charlotte believes that the key to success is to invest in, develop and empower your people.

Charlotte lives in Wales and enjoys walking in the beautiful countryside and spending time with her family.
