ChesterGates Veterinary Nursing Centre rated excellent

We’re delighted to announce that ChesterGates Veterinary Nursing Approved Training Centre is one of only six apprenticeship, and two Veterinary Nurse level 3, providers rated excellent in England.

Based at ChesterGates Veterinary Specialists, a multi-disciplinary referral hospital in Cheshire, apprentices benefit from the extensive range of expertise and equipment the hospital offers.

Taught by experienced registered veterinary nurses who are also hold teaching qualifications, apprentices learn in small groups in a dedicated space that enables excellent student support and high quality teaching.

Head of Centre, Jackie Evans explains: “We’ve been delivering excellence in veterinary nurse training for over a decade and truly understand the needs of practices and apprentices. We focus on delivering training in small groups to help apprentices get off to a solid start and improve their skills as they progress through the course. Our approach to supported and blended learning is important to us and it’s fantastic to see that this is valued so highly by our apprentices and their employers too.”

Following increases in the teaching team, ChesterGates now offer more apprenticeship placed for private or practice funded day release students.
